Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial inclusion, SME financing, cooperative
financing mechanisms, or investment readiness.
Experience delivering financial literacy and loanreadiness training programs.
Experience working with financial institutions, SMEs, or cooperatives in developing economies, preferably within the agricultural sector.
Conduct financial needs and funding gap assessments; design and deliver financial literacy and loanreadiness training; support cooperatives in accessing
financing opportunities.
