Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Crop Science, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in agricultural value chain development and technical training programs, preferably in cashew or similar cash crop value
chains.
Practical experience working with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, or agribusiness actors in East Africa
Deliver technical training on production, processing, and quality improvement
; support value chain strengthening interventions; coordinate with technical
partners and institutions.
