Qualifications :
Master’s degree in social sciences, development studies, or related field;
At least 10 years of professional experience;
Experience in stakeholder engagement and community participation;
Demonstrated experience in training delivery.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the assignment;
Coordinate the work of the consulting team;
Conduct the training needs assessment;
Design the overall training curriculum;
Lead the community engagement training module;
Ensure quality of deliverables and reports.
