Experience in VET in an international context, with Centres of Vocational Excellence and VET quality assurance frameworks.
Proven experience in designing and revising certification methodologies, developing eligibility criteria and setting up quality assurance mechanisms.
Experience in coordinating multi-country support services and producing technical documentation and training material.
International experiences in the area of VET, both within the EU as outside the EU
Knowledge of EU policies related to VET and vocational excellence.
Knowledge of English at C1 level
Strong writing skills proven by publications.
Advanced presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent coordination, quality control and time management.
Strong collaboration skills.
