Advanced University Degree (Master’s or higher) in international development, social sciences, law, economics, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years managing teams of technical experts (environmental, social, safeguarding).

Proven experience managing projects (work plans, budgets, timelines) and providing technical assistance to governments or international organizations (UN, World Bank).

Experience coordinating capacity building and management of social/environmental safeguarding programmes (ESS, child protection, PSEA, GBV).

Familiarity with social/environmental regulations, PSEA principles, and survivor-centered approaches.

Excellent report writing and communication skills; ability to simplify complex processes.

Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic highly desirable.
