Lead expert (category 1) with expertise in labour market and gender with at least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to the thematic area in the request for services.
The lead expert should have:
• Advanced university degree in economics, labour economics, sociology, gender studies or a closely related field.
• Extensive relevant professional experience in labour market analysis, employment policy, gender equality analysis and management of complex multi-country research or advisory assignments.
• Strong knowledge of occupational segregation, labour force participation, skills, education-to-work transitions and gender-responsive policy analysis.
• Experience in ETF partner countries.
• Extensive proven experience in coordinating research activities and ensuring quality assurance of analytical outputs.
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English (minimum C1 level; minimum three relevant publications).
• PhD will be considered an asset.
