Education specialist (category 2) with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 7 years are related to the thematic area covered by this request for services.
• Advanced university degree in education, comparative education, education policy, economics of education, sociology of education or a closely related field.
• Relevant professional experience in education and training analysis, the analysis of education data and indicators, assessing the comparability of education statistics across countries, and gender-responsive analysis in education.
• Proven experience in research or advisory work on links between education, skills, labour market outcomes and gender equality, including transitions from education to work and factors shaping study and career choices
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English (minimum C1 level; minimum three relevant publications).
• Knowledge of ETF partner country contexts and additional relevant languages will be considered an asset.
