Master’s degree in Communication, Communication for Development, Social Sciences, Marketing, International Development, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic communication, including at least 5 years in C4D, social change, or behavioural change campaigns.
• Proven experience in designing multi-channel strategies, audience segmentation, message development, and results-based planning.
• Experience in education, TVET, youth employment, scholarship programmes, or social inclusion.
• Experience on projects funded by the European Union, Enabel, or other international donors.
• Experience in Jordan is strongly preferred; excellent command of English and good command of Arabic.
