Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Inclusion, Protection, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in gender, disability inclusion, safeguarding, or inclusive communication.
• Experience working with youth, women, persons with disabilities and, ideally, minors.
• Knowledge of informed-consent protocols, image protection, and ethical communication.
• Ability to review content from the perspective of dignity, inclusion, and accessibility.
• Experience in Jordan or the wider region is strongly preferred.
