Qualifications and skills:
1. Advanced university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in business administration, entrepreneurship, management or equivalent;
2. Excellent facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills;
3. Strong experience in curriculum design and adult learning methodologies;
4. Full professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset, particularly for interventions in Angola and Mozambique.
General professional experience:
1. At least 7 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of incubation, acceleration or structured business support programs for start-ups and MSMEs;
2. Demonstrated experience in training professionals working in business support, incubation or acceleration, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in "training the trainers" methodologies;
3. Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably in East and Southern Africa.

Specific professional experience:
1. Proven track record in designing and delivering capacity building programs for ESOs or equivalent business support organisations;
2. Experience in applying gender-responsive and inclusive approaches in business support or training programs;
3. Knowledge of circular economy concepts and business models is an asset.
