Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Railway Engineering, or related field from a recognised university (Master’s Degree holders will have an added advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in dealing with railway infrastructure, of which atleast 3 years’ experience should be in sub- Saharan Africa or any other developing countries. The railway specialist should have an understanding of current railway operations and infrastructure, should be proficient in written and spoken English and writing of concise reports.
