At least a master's degree in economics, management, administration, statistics, or equivalent.
At least 10 years of professional experience related to M&E.
At least 05 years of confirmed experience as a project coordinator for similar services.
Experience in the management and coordination of the resources necessary for the investigation (material, financial, and human).
Experiences with development projects financed by donors.
Fluency in French, English and Tunisian.
