Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and the design and development of operational dashboards and data visualization tools. Proven track record in user-friendly dashboards for non-technical audiences (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms).
Strong understanding of data flows, KPI definition, and reporting requirements in program management contexts.
