- Qualifications: degree in a relevant field (business, management, economics, development, or related)
- Years of experience: minimum 8 years working with ESOs, incubators, or accelerators in Africa
- Country-specific knowledge: demonstrated familiarity with the Mozambique / Lusophone African startup ecosystem
- Language fluency: Portuguese and/or English (mandatory)
- Similar programs: at least two (2) similar coaching programs with demonstrated ESO outcomes
