Qualifications and skills required:

• At least a Master's Degree social studies or development-related issues or a related acceptable field or 15 years working professional experience in a field related to this project

General professional experience:

• At least 12 years of working experience in regional cooperation issues or any relevant related discipline.

Specific professional experience:

• At least 5 years of working experience in communication and visibility issues, including organisation of large (around 100 participants) institutional or corporate events

Language skills: 

• Fluency, both written and spoken, in both English and French
