General qualifications and skills
- At least a post graduate degree in (i) Transport Planning and Modelling (ii) Traffic Engineering, (iii) Transport Economies and (iv) Land use planning.
- He or she should at least have 10 years of experience in land use and multimodal transport planning, activity and agent-based modelling, analysis of sustainable land use and transport development strategies; and a proven record of carrying out at least 2 similar assignments related to strategic multimodal/public transport and land use planning and modelling..
