General qualifications and skills
- At least a postgraduate degree in Transport Economies/Transport Planning.
- At least seven (7) years of experience in the travel demand and passenger revenue analysis, including inter modal transfer aspects, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, socioeconomic impact of road accidents; and climate and disaster risks in the transport sector;
- Experience in economic decision-making tools. involvement in economic and financial evaluation of public transport service projects, impact and baseline studies and;
- A proven track record of at least 2 similar major business plan development, preferably as a Transport Economist
