General qualifications and skills

• At least a post graduate degree in Urban or Land Use Planning.
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in sustainable urban and land use planning and different aspects of planning of the urban environment to facilitate long-term sustainable transport and urban development.
• Proven record of at least 3 years of experience in feasibility studies; conceptual and Preliminary Design for urban development planning projects, designing for both buildings and outdoor spaces considering functionality and aesthetics for the end-user.
• Sound experience in Transit Oriented Development is an added value.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in GIS mapping, design and updating of transport and land use, GIS databases and Involvement of at least 3 years in CAD, GIS based route planning and design of public transport routes, intersections, and interchanges facilities.
