Qualifications and skills required for the team:
- Education at least Master's Degree or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 5 years above the general professional experience duration fixed below
General professional experience of the team:
- At least 6 years experience in the sector(s) related to the lot;
Specific professional experience of the team:
- 3 years of experience as an expert in assistance projects out of which minimum 2 years (cumulative) as a full-time project team leader or project coordinator in at least one international assistance project;
- 3 years of experience of working either for or with a National Agency of E+ Programme;
- At least 4 years of experience in capacity-building projects and/or hands-on experience of working with or in countries in transition reflected in the number of projects with KE participation in those countries;
- At least 2 years of experience with conducting empirical research on education, on the national system(s);
- At least 3 years of research experience on the national system(s), or on an institutional level in Youth;
- At least 3 years experience in research projects.
- At least 4 years of experience in the financial management of education projects and/or programs;
- experience in drafting and/or conducting Feasibility Studies or comparable empirical study formats in the education sector;
