Qualifications and skills required
- The Team Leader will be responsible for the ongoing Management of the project, ensuring synergy of all its components, activities and stakeholders and ensuring the quality of all project outputs.
- She/he will be directly responsible for the overall coordination of the project implementation and its related activities, as well as for the efficient use of the available resources.
- The Team Leader shall constantly communicate with both the Beneficiary and the Contracting Authority and ensure a high quality of project reporting.
- Master degree in law, or, in its absence, at least 5 years of equivalent professional experience in law on top of the general professional experience specified below.
General professional experience
- Expert should have at least 12 years of general experience in law related to cultural heritage and/ or cultural asset management.
Specific professional experience
- At least 5 years of specific professional experience related to legislation on identification and protection of cultural heritage, as well as rules on control of trade and international circulation (export & import) of cultural goods.
- At least 2 experiences related to legislation approximation with EU related acquis, in the area of protection of cultural heritage, control of trade, export and import of cultural goods.
- At least 2 team management experiences as Team Leader
