The operations and training Specialist is responsible to coordinate the logistics of the training program,
and oversee the activities of the trainers.
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or operation management, preferably working
with incubation programs or other firms support programs, preferably in Mozambique
 Must possess at minimum a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and
Management or in a related field.
 Fluent in Portuguese
 Experience working in Tete, Nampula, Cabo Delgado, preferred
