The Entrepreneurship and training Specialist will be responsible for the overall process of
identification and recruitment of trainers, as well as on the smoothly running of training interventions.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, mentoring and supporting firms, managing incubation
programs and other firms support programs, preferably in sub-Saharan Africa and/or similar regions.
 Must possess at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management
or in a related field.
 Experience in SME training programs.
 Experience in entrepreneurship programs preferred.
 Fluent in English and Portuguese
 Experience working in Tete, Nampula, Cabo Delgado, preferred
