The Team Leader is responsible to coordinate the work of the team, is the overall responsible for the implementation and achievement of results and is the account manager liaising with institutional stakeholders of the project and will have the responsibility to select two of the best trainers to be part of the team.
The Team Leader is expected to have the following qualification and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
At least 10 - 15 years of experience working in projects in developing countries
Experience of at least 8 years managing the implementation of large-scale training programs
Experience of at least 8 years in leadership positions
Fluency in English and Portuguese
